thats not good friend this realy must be a common problem with the 55 range ! where abouts has it broke ? have you opened them up ? on my profile there is a pic of the snapped tst cartridge ! did yours brake in the same place, sounds the same as the lockout stopped working on these, i would think about replacing with differant model forks !

hi thanks for the reply, the fork was out of its warranty period, but i telephoned windwave (marzocchi's uk distributor) today and they gave me the part number so i can order a new cartridge, cost 88€, the cartridge sheared in 2 during light trail riding no big jumps ! i think it is a problem with the 55 range, i will have a look at the jump, and thanks again for the reply

hi pal, ive just read your thread regarding the bomber 55 tst2's, you say you broke your first cartridge ! this has just happened to a friend forks ! the cartridge has sheared right across by where the top cap threads in ! how did you get your replaced ? how much did this cost ? wher did your cartridge break ? thanks

Sorry man, by brakes i sorta ment bigger discs. There was a problem with the dealer so i never got it
